Founder & Chief Executive Officer, OceaniQ

Om Nitin Pardeshi is the founder and driving force behind OceaniQ. Growing up in a coastal fishing community, Om witnessed firsthand the disconnect between the abundance of the ocean and the difficulty consumers faced in accessing truly fresh seafood. That frustration became a mission.

With over 6 years of experience spanning the seafood industry, cold-chain logistics, and technology startups, Om built OceaniQ from the ground up — starting with a single delivery route and scaling it into a multi-channel platform serving hundreds of customers and B2B partners.

Om believes that the future of food is transparent, sustainable, and tech-enabled. Under his leadership, OceaniQ has pioneered seafood deliveries, built direct relationships with over 20+ fishing communities, and established export operations across 5+ countries.

After years in the seafood trade, Om identified the core problem — too many middlemen, too much waste, and consumers never getting truly fresh seafood. The seed of OceaniQ was planted.

OceaniQ Goes Live

OceaniQ launched its first B2C delivery service in Pune, Maharashtra — starting with just 10 products with a WhatsApp order system.

The OceaniQ mobile app launched and a full product catalogue — transforming the business from a local delivery service to a scalable platform.

Going Global with B2B Export

OceaniQ secured its first international export contract with HMG(an Export Company In India). We suppplied tons of butterfish and scampi to the company for export to Middle East.
